... one doesn't have the chance to fight the likes of Hopkins or Chilemba each and every day... therefore, one has to make the most of such opportunities -- i.e. fight as many rounds as possible...

I know the transitive property isn't worth much, but I don't understand why people think Kov will KO Ward when he didn't Chilemba or Hopkins. It just doesn't seem like a reasonable prediction based on any facts... Also, I'm surprised people keep talking about ring rust and Ward not getting opponents that are more like Kov to prepare him. Ward isn't making those excuses, so why would people who don't want him to win? It's like you are providing an excuse for Ward so you can complain about his excuse if he loses. It doesn't make sense. Ward has never made an excuse for losing a pro fight... because he has never lost a pro fight (and hasn't lost sense he was 12). I doubt he will start making excuses now...

Right on. LOL. I know there are fans of all sports who don't care for logic and facts, but boxing fans don't make it easy to have rational conversation because of some of the dumb comments that you are bringing attention to. You'll be labeling for a long time. LOL.

I agree with that, it is easy to get caught up in nationalism, race, etc..(i am at fault for that as well), but I call it how I see it, from an objective standpoint as much as possible... good look on that reply..and im actually looking forward to the "100th dumbest statement of all-time" which should be in about a week or so lol
