I thought this tweet was the most intriguing. Golovkin basically scolding his own promoter on social media. Pretty surprising.


Now I just wish Golovkin would take control of the Danny Jacobs negotiations. Tell Danny accept the deal or force the purse bid and be done with him. If Danny doesn't want to man up, screw him and leave him behind.

It says at the end of the article that Golovkin on social media, called out both Eddie Hearn and Tom Loeffler saying stop rehashing Froch vs Golovkin over and over again if there isn't any going to be any progress. So it sounds like Golovkin (or whoever runs his Twitter) is getting a bit tired of it too.

Golovkin just wants to fight people and isn't interested in the drama so much, so I think he prefers to keep things quiet and respectful until a fight is actually made.

From what it looks like Loeffler casually talked to Hearn about a potential Froch fight again, who in turn tells Froch who then talks to the media. Golovkin hears Froch saying stuff like "Golovkin hasn't fought anyone..he needs to fight Ward...he talks too much" etc and Golovkin is like wtf? Then makes his own comments and tells Loeffler/Hearn to stop talking about it if Froch doesn't even want to fight.
