Whats with his chin movement, he's doing it like crazy before his fight with Mayorga, he did it while he was being announced, and when he first got into the ring, can someone clear that up for me, or tell me what he's doing?

He stretches his chin so its more warmed up and better braced to absorb a punch. Its a very important stretch pre-fight.

Maybe hes got TMJ, I think I got. For those who dont know what that is its when you grind your teeth when you sleep. When you got that you're jaw feels stiff, sore and it cracks sometimes.
