In my mind due to Ward's inactivity against top world class fighters he shouldn't even be considered for the top p4p spot unless he has an outstanding performance! Squeaking out a win by holding and smothering kovalev to win a narrow points victory won't do it.

He is in my opinion! I know his resume is weak, but from the "eye test," GGG is definitely Top 5 P4P.

I like ward by UD. While everyone is talking about this being a test for ward, lets not forget this is Kovalevs toughest fight of his career.

Boxing fans have very short memories.

Every few years....some big puncher comes along to get their hopes all up....only to have them dashed again and again.

You'd think they'd learn by now.

Again, due to your inability to view anything related to Andre Ward with even a sliver of objectivity, your OPINION means less than nothing.

It's cool though, after Ward wins Saturday, we've likely seen the last of your ignorant azz.

On paper this is a great fight. Two top, undefeated guys, both are near their prime (maybe at the tail end of it) going head to head.
I think Ward's team's decision not to fight a top 175 lb guy might be a liability but smart money is on Andre by decision.
                Should be fun.

He definitely will cement his legacy with a win here. A unified, undefeated champion in two respectable divisions with an Olympic gold metal. Come on, now. Who has that resume and not at least a HOFer. Oddly enough, I don't think he will be done here if he wins. I think he does have his sights on Stevenson. I could see him taking other fights in this division with hopes of clearing it out like he did at 168. I'm pumped for this one1!!

Ward will stay undefeated, be the legitimate lb4lb boxer, and cement his legacy as as ATG when he is done disposing of kov
