Julio Cesar Chavez vs Frankie Randall at 140 in 1989

To me and many others it seemed that Chavez by the time he fought Randall wasn't at his peak, he wasn't shot but not at his peak like he was years earlier (specially at 135). What if they fought earlier, would the outcome be different?

the outcome would have been no different. Randall just had Chavez's number. Every fighter has one guy they just can't beat. It really comes down to the fighter being matched against the other. Randall should have 2 victories against Chavez.

Impressive performance by Randall. He had Chavez numbers. He even Knocked down JC.
