Danny Swift vs thurman's gonna be a war, and....

whoever's the tougher guy will win. Danny's gonna walk him down, and Thurman's gonna circle and look to counter. I think whoever lets off the gas first, loses.

I predict Danny beats him in an all out war, like a Hearns/Hagler type of fight. Both guys are gonna want to establish dominance, and who has the harder and stronger punch. Whoever cracks under their punching pressure, loses. I think Danny wins that tough man competition.

    Who you guys have winning?

It could be that kind of war if Thurman comes out trying to make it, but I think that would be a huge mistake. He needs to make Garcia chase and make him act first. Garcia is at his best when he can time and counter someone, and Thurman is open to that style. Going out and making a war is a huge risk and definitely not his best strategy.

His counterpunching is at least close to Garcia's, if not equal or even better. Make Garcia use those slow feet, make him reach, and make him pay. That's Thurman at his best. He can execute Peterson's early fight strategy better than Peterson did.

It won't be a war. It will be a tactical fight. Garcia can always land one of sneaky vicious hooks, catch you off guard and put you to sleep. That makes Garcia dangerous no matter who he fights BUT I see Thurman winning this fight comfortably on points.

Thurman should outpoint him because he is a better all around fighter.I think Garcia has gotten soft from weak opposition and inactivity. Thurman fights often against much higher quality opponents. Thurman beat a better version of Guerrero much easier than Garcia beat the further over the hill Guerrero.Garcia hits hard and he doesn't run so it should be a war as you said.

Good god, I cannot wait to throw $$$ on this fight. Going to bet on Thurman. Only have a hard time deciding if he will win by decision, knockout, or if I should play it safe and just bet on him to win. I can't believe people think Garcia is going to win this fight.

Gotta give credit, as Danny seems to have a solid chin, but I don't believe he has what it takes to beat Thurman. Hell, I think Porter would be a worse match-up for him in all honesty.

I think that is what Thurman will do. He is a smart fighter and has used that same strategy to a certain extent against Chavez and Porter. I think there will be enough hard punches thrown and landed by both men for it to be a good fight.

I'm leaning slightly towards Keith, but it's pretty much a 50/50 fight. They're both well-rounded fighters with only slight advantages over eachother.

Both guys are at their best against aggressive fighters, so whoever fights on the front foot could be at a disadvantage in this fight. Thurman might be the more patient fighter so he should wait on Garcia to try and walk him down, then look to counter.

I'm very interested to see who gets the better of the exchanges in this one, Thurman's quicker and more explosive, so he could beat Danny to the punch more often than not. I think it's gonna come down to who the smarter and more patient fighter is.
