Ortiz is totally overrated, never fought a top opponent except an old Thompson.

I'd rather watch Instructional videos on how to clinch hosted by John ruiz than to ever watch this fight again in my life.

Hopefully now that Scott went the distance, some of these clowns will actually want to fight Ortiz. I guess since he isn't Ortiz' friend he wouldnt lay down for the full 10 count like he did for Wilder. That was a dive yet some of these dudes will claim otherwise cuz they love Haymon fighters and deny the truth.

Glad I didn't wast my time on this bs fight. Was never on the Ortiz is the next big thing in the HW division hype train, but still surprised he had to go 12 with this clown.

Ortiz looked good against Bryant who I reckon is still a contender. Reckon Ortiz is a few years older than 37 - maybe early 40s but he has good movement just not great movement. Difficult to look good against someone so obviously running. Judgement reserved.

Pretty embarrassing fight. Ortiz really needs to learn how to cut off a ring - he's murdered people before by just walking through them, but Scott's complete lack of desire to fight made this a snoozer.

Scott shouldn't be booked with anyone half decent from this point on, he had no business being in there.

And Ortiz? Well, we didn't learn anything new. We know he's good - but likely lacks the ability to win a real fight with a proper boxer.

I will say this:- Scott is probably more athletic than most HW boxers out there. When Ortiz is in with fighters who move less there'll be fireworks. I think the Fury that beat Vlad might be Ortiz' kryptonite.

Love how he's getting bashed for not being able to put Scott away. You guys ever try to knock a guy out that doesn't punch you?

Agreed. I don't think there is anyone that can stand and trade with Ortiz, he's just too powerful to go toe to toe with.

As much as I dislike Fury - his length and ability to keep range could be Ortiz's undoing.

It's a shame Scott can't turn a little bit of that athletic skill into desire.
