Comments Thread For: Frank Warren: This is Biggest TV Deal That I've Ever Done

BOXING is about to get a shake-up in the UK thanks to a revolutionary new TV deal. BoxNation are set to team up with BT Sport to beam our fighters into millions of new homes. This is the biggest deal I have ever done with a broadcaster.

What a con job. When we got Sky they called it the home of boxing. Now they still advertise it as such but they plug Warrens chanel, box office for any events and now they want you to buy BT sports. All this for the worse era of mismatches and lack of big fights there has ever been in boxing.**** you Frank.

When I got Sky I didn't know that I'd have to pay for yet another channel on top of the sports package to get regular boxing. All advertised by sky on ringside for old fish eye to make even more money on top. That's what I paid for the sports package for when I first got it ,not for yet another ****ing channel.Wtf don't you understand ?

Your paying for bt sport. Because it's a seperate business. Nothing to do with sky. Hence the 100's of millions of pounds premier league football clubs get paid for tv rights on UK and the fact bt stole all the champions league football from sky and itv. Pretty much any one under 50 knows the deal with sky packages and which services are addons. Only people who can't be bothered to read the terms and conditions of theor contracts before they purchase evidently.

So I dont understand. Bt sport is free to ****** media and bt internet customers so it's a great deal for them.

It's a game changer to be honest. I'm glad because that's an instant £12.99 saving on my bill & it keeps Eddie on his toe. The only thing that can throw the spanner in the works is Frank Warren's weak roster.

I have BT sport for free at the moment, I would not mind paying them the £5 monthly fee if they add boxing to my package when my contract is due to be renewed. Unlike those greedy bas tard Sky.
