Possibly Loma soon too. It's looking damn good. I think JMW is another, possibly even better. Charlo x 2, Williams, Andrade, Lara, Cotto, Canelo, etc.

Meh. The division went from being pretty bad to respectable in the last year+. Mikey returning helped a lot, but Rances is moving to 140 so that kind of sucks. Definitely some good fights to be had there. Really looking forward to Mikey and Zlaticanin. Easter and Comey need to rematch, that was a great fight. And Linares and Flannagan need to fight.

At least it is a division where the top guys are actually fighting each other which is a breath of fresh air.

The hottest divisions in my view are 115, 130 and Cruiser. Though I'll give 147 and 154 a shout just because I think those divisions are straight stacked, but they need to start fighting each other. To many O's floating around which just tells me people are'nt fighting.

I thought Rances was moving up?

Anyway the larger point is true which is great because lightweight has been garbage juice for the last while and has historically been one of the best division in boxing over history. It is good to see this division pick up because this division brings a good amount of excitement and while the guys are little they are big enough to not look like children in the ring.

If you think about it, pretty much ALL the weight classes got exciting this year, after Mayweather retired. Coincidence? not sure.

Yeah i agree, Lightweight has some potential good fights. It's often over looked. Like CW.

lol this is some kind of hipster thread. Lightweights one of the worst divisions in boxing. Mikey garcia is the best out of that lot by a mile
