I never said he was flawless... quote that part please!

    Watch this hater:
You're showing your immaturity. I didn't criticized him one bit in my post, yet you put words in my mouth saying his defense is "so bad". I say that a man is human and I get called the hater. That is a cult-like mentality and you should be embarrassed because you lose credibility when you say things like that, even among Golovkin fans.

If you want to praise him (which is a natural thing for fans to do) talk about his qualities. If you honestly think he has faults. then you should have zero problem with what I said. Yet, somehow you can't accept that he gets hit, just like every boxer does.

well see how much he "lets" canelo hit him
He probably won't let Canelo hit him, just as he didn't let Lemieux hit him... he will be careful. He knows when to do it. When he doesn't feel the power, he does it.

I'm posting this because a lot of haters claimed that he lost rounds to Monroe Jr and Dominic Wade... lmao.

I'm showing three times when Golovkin let the guys hit him just to have some fun. In these ocasions the guys had no power according to him, so he let them do it.

Am I saying he's perfect? no... he will have to be VERY careful against Canelo because Canelo throw a lot of precise punches when the opponent is staying still in front of him.

I think their are instances in those fights where GGG is not completely concerned with defence ie he is watching seeing the punches and allowing his brain to compute to the opening of when they next throw the same punch, their are instances where he's hit with snappy punches whilst thinking, it's a cumbersome slow thought as though his mind is elsewhere. In the Brook fight apply some of that and then as Brook switches the speed on with combination punching GGG clearly resets completely like damn what am I doing. I honestly think GGG thinks he will walk through these guys once he feels their best shots, he is in absolutely no danger of losing whilst he resides at this weight he currently campaigns at.

I genuinely believe all that, does GGG let himself be punched ? Yes and no, only by guys he is not concerned with, against Lemiuex who could punch he didnt allow himself to hit as he was versus these three showcased.

I think the sad part is his fans genuinely believe this stuff is exciting, it'd be like you bringing your eight year son around to my house and us letting him bully my two year, allowing him to punch him so he could hammer him at will, these fights are actually sick in a sense. I'm not sure that was a great anology but you get the point I'm putting across. I think it is true GGG allows the odd punch through, studying his opponent in those moments, at no point has he been in danger of losing a fight in a long long time now, he's patiently waiting around the division for his golden ticket to be cashed by Canelo and in the mean time guys like this thread starter are lapping it up he's the best ever he's resorted to allowing world beaters to hurt him.

            Watch this hater:

His defence is not great but it's good enough to a level, he clearly struggle against elite boxers without power as significant as his own, he has no boxers he needs to worry about at his own weight class this trend will continue until he faces Canelo. The potshotting boxer counter punchers he has faced to date and in the future at 160 will never trouble so his defence will never need to be genuinely tested, I very much doubt Jacobs will land on him as these three do as his defence is good enough to defeat Jacobs or at the very least get him out of there before his shots add up to a point GGG would be flustered.

His fans are actually this deluded lmao, what about the other thousands of punches he's taken?

Brook was backing him up with shots on his chin, Monroe was hitting his forehead, the hardest part of the skull.

it's called the "forehead defense" and it's a very bad idea if you want to box for a long time.

great defensive fighters will slip punches instinctively, not take them on the forehead. golovkin has poor defense for a pound for pound level boxer. he makes up for it with his power and his chin, but it is not good for his career, and it's going to be one of the thing speople look at when he starts to decline.
