Could be a fun fight to watch. I can see it being a step too far though from the level of opposition Diaz has been fighting since his return.

Juan has looked great and like his old self in his last two fights and he still has that volume punching which I though would have left him long ago but it hasn't. If it goes the distance, I expect him to win. Only Marquez was able to knock him out and in only one of their fightsso it is hard to imagine Beltran being able to.

Beltran is going to prove to have a difficult style and have the wrong attributes for Diaz. He's strong, has good defense, and is a sneaky good counterpuncher.

I haven't seen any of Juan's comeback fights, but Beltran would be a problem for any version of Diaz. Juan is going to have to dig deep to win this one... if he does, it has FOTY potential and it'll be a close fight either way.
