    I think Pacquiao should be number 1 at welterweight. His 2 very recent dominant wins over Bradley and champion Vargas tops Thurman's very close win over Porter. Brook just got KOed and hadn't done all that much at 147. Garcia only has wins over washed up Paulie and Guerrero. I see no reason any welterweight should be ranked above him. Pacquiao fights for Top Rank and Ring is owned by Top Rank's competition, Oscar De La Hoya so he gets ranked lower than he should be ranked by Ring.

      There's honestly no way you can't rank Manny number 1 at this point. Could he be beat by Thurman or Brook or Spence? Sure, but until those guys fight each other and prove who's the best Of them, the legend gets ranked ahead ...

        Ring has Porter ranked too high, I'd put Pac, Bradley and Garcia above him.

          Haven't bought the RING magazine in a few years now. Certainly don't pay much attention to their rankings.
