    The 'Son of a Legend' - former WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. (49-2-1, 32 KOs) - wants a showdown, at a catch-weight, with Mexican superstar Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez (48-1-1, 34KOs). Chavez Jr. officially announced his return on Wednesday for December 10th, when he takes on Germany's Dominik Britsch (32-2-1, 11 KO) at the Arena Monterrey.

    Of course he wants a big PPV fight. I seriously doubt he wants the ass whooping that would come along with it tho..

      If Chavez had the dedication of canelita he could potentially still be a middleweight and in my humble opinion would have kicked canelas ass from pillar to 📪.. But 164 is not happening canela is a schmiddleweight (155lber).

                This a good news and ****nelo should move up and fight Chavez. All the greates moved up and since he always states in the ring he is the greatest fighrter this should be no problem for GBP. ****nello vs Chavez in 2017
