Let's say he's sort of their first heavyweight champ ever. Hatton knows he's got a club fighter and they're trying to make money while they still can. The Haye fight gets him more money, but Haye probably wins easily. The Briggs fight Browne loses, too. Nice part is, Haye will have no choice but to fight Briggs after this. Which is great, because for a "comeback", Haye's opposition has been worse than Shannon's. Haye just turned 36. He can't be fighting two tomato cans a year and think he's still going to be prime when he gets bigger title shots when he's 37 or 38. AJ will wreck him by the time they meet up.
Briggs might be the hungriest heavyweight on the planet.
He knows it's his last shot and he's going to be fighting every second of every round to destroy Lucas. He's slower than Joshua and Parker, but his arms are like tree trunks. All it takes is one well-timed punch and Lucas is done.
