I think Pacquiao can beat him on points.I'd give Pacquiao an 8 for power. He hasn't had KOs because he is fighting guys who are seldom if ever KOed. He put rugged Bradley and Vargas down. Brook is a little older and should be weakened by making 147. I think the beat down GGG gave him probably hurt him mentally.
