    It's a bit of a lost art as more fighters rely on straight blocking and slipping. Kenny Norton was big into catching punches.

        Bernard Hopkins, Andre Ward are damn good at it. Canelo is also good at it.

          He also used cross arm ,i know him for this,didnt know he was good catcher too,will rewatch some fights maybe i was bad student,also Frazier Used cross arm vs Ali he catched some punches too.

                  I came here to say DeLa Hoya, the guy had some nice head movement but he almost never used it, but the guy was a master at catching shots.
                  Winky Wright and Marlon Starling deserves mentions though.
