Agreed, but only on this site though, it has filled up with immature children like adults that treat the real athletes in this sport like garbage, degrade them and even throw racial slurs out. It's like whenever fans don't get what they want out of a certain fighter they start talking **** and resort to children like behavior, please go watch wrestling or something because you are the people that are killing our sport.

Boxing in the USA is fading away.
In The usa boxing rules are not enforced.
No structure of the best fighting best.

Boxing in 20 yrs will be rare . hbo won't even have a boxing program in 10 years. Pbc will be gone . ESPN and HBO will be airing mma fights .

Wanting to go pro in boxing will be like not being able to make the NBA and going oversees to play basketball. Boxers will have to go fight in mexico and the UK and Germany along with Russia. I think fighters/promoters like RJJ have already noticed this shift.

What exactly does this mean? the sanctioning bodies that order fights are based outside of the U.S with the exception of the IBF ( which ironically is pro foreign fighters if you look at their list of champions.) last time I checked there is no 'AMERICAN' rules or governing body.

And the opposite is true in your statement about MMA being on HBO -- Showtime had MMA with Boxing what ever happened to ' Strikeforce ' ? on the contrary boxing expanded to free TV with PBC too more homes than ever before on free tv.....sorry buddy you sound like you hate boxing and wish it failed or died ; that will never happen.

Sanctioning bodies dont make rules. Boxing has has a rule book and point system, the judges are not universal and it hurts boxing. Low blows elbows and clinching for example along with head butts are not enforced equally .

Hbo will have mma and drop boxing , mark my words. Sanctioning bodies being outside the US will be a big reason why boxing internationally will keep going.

Boxing is unraveling , its just a matter of time

Yup the politics in boxing which is stifling many good fights from being made, it's not hard to see why so many are unhappy.

I get criticism of the way the sport is run, the lack of structure, the excess of titles and sanctioning organisations, but I always find it weird how so many 'boxing fans' that post on this (and other forums) dedicate so much time and efforts to throwing insults at the very guys we're here to watch.

                    You said
In The usa boxing rules are not enforced.
No structure of the best fighting best.
Again please explain how are rules not enforced? we have officials making mistake all over the world if thats what you mean and really the UK is one of the worst places to fight in despite its apparent corruption its perhaps the top nation for Boxing! -- you said ' No structure of the best fighting the best.' you do realize boxing is a global sport right? not confined to the U.S.A I provided a few list of fights that have already taken place where the best have fought each other and some fights already agreed upon for 2017.

Lastly you said....''Sancioning bodies being outside the US will be a big reason why boxing internationally will keep going.'' Its been that way for how long now? going on 50 + years?

Despite what you believe that boxing is dying this sport just set a record last year for highest PPV with Pac-May and PBC is now return to free TV in more homes than ever -- again buddy I'm sorry to disappoint just dropping knowledge learn to love it ; no barefoot hillbilly gay pro wrestling sport is going to stop this.
