I was going to ask a similar question. I don't know if he's directing that at one person in the streets who told him Ward will beat him, or he actually has haters that i'm unaware of

Does he really have haters? He has to be one of the most liked boxers around, of course you are going to have one or two out there but not a big numbers when it comes to Kov.

I have to agree who really hates Kovalev? Kovalev is one of the most respected guys as far as I can tell, and with good reason.


Duva gets hated on a bit for her antics but no one really puts that on Kovalev. Sure I guess there is some hate but generally there would be a lot more hate for someone with his success in most cases.

yeah, this is true. but i don't remember what interview (i think it was the one with larry king) he said something likes he like to beat the fighters at their homes and frustrate the local fans, maybe that's what he meant
