We have WBC #5 Johuann Duhapas 34-2-1(21KO'S) VS WBC #11 Carlos Takam 33-3-1(25KO'S) for the WBC Silver which is also a mandatory fight.

And we have WBC #13 Dillian Whyte 19-1(15KO'S) VS WBC #14 Dereck Chisora 26-6(18KO'S) in a WBC final Elimantor

Why are they doing this?

The Mandatory is for the WBC Silver title not the World Title. Now Whyte vs. Chisora in a Eliminator was interesting to me because they are ranked so low but this was made possible because: Ruiz,Parker,Stiverne,Povetkin,Molina, are fighting for World titles ( Bemaine and Alexander for a shot a Wilder -- thats the real eliminator really just phrased a little different ) so they lucked up..but I don't understand why Pulev was not involved in the mix considering he already beat Chisora this year I believe.
