    Arum talking shi* again

Why does this Lying *** stop talking ****

Hall of Fame Promoter Bob Arum is confident his fighter, WBO #3 heavyweight Andy Ruiz, will defeat WBO #1 Joseph Parker when they clash over twelve rounds for the vacant WBO championship in Auckland New Zealand on December 10. “I give my guy a helluva shot, particularly now he is being trained by Abel Sanchez,” said Arum. “Abel will get Ruiz in shape. Get him a game plan. The game plan will utilize the tremendous hand speed that Andy has. I haven’t seen a heavyweight with the hand speed of Andy since Muhammad Ali!”

    That's what boxing promoters do.

Ruiz will be a big underdog, in reality...(if he doesn't pull out)

A promoter is supposed to hype his f#cking guy &/or his fights. Thats exactly Arum's job knucklehead. What in the f#ck.

Why some of you guys think promoters, trainers, boxers or whoever in the business needs to take truth serum before every interview with the media is beyond silly to me. And I'd even suggest most of what Arum says above (the Ali line is about the only thing out of wack that I see) or anyone else says is legit things they believe even if it doesn't seem like they could believe it to boxing fans. I don't think most fans realize the amount of ego & delusion you need to have to excel at anything the way most of the guys excel at boxing need to have. And I don't even say ego & delusion in a bad way as I think everyone who's done big **** in the world in virtually anything had to have some healthy dose of ego & delusion. Jordan. The Wright brothers. Edison. Ali. Etc & so on. Those are some mfers who had some ego (out in the open or hidden) & some f#cking delusion to believe they could get where they got. Granted most people aren't on the scale of those names, but it doesn't change the dynamic that ego & delusion are needed qualities to get from the bottom to the top & most mfers are trying to get as close to the top as they can get.
