    Advise for first time boxer

So i decided to face a fear and enter into a charity boxing event. This is a first time boxing for me and I need all the advise I can possibly get.

Basically I am training 3 times per week (2 sessions in a class and 1 1on1 session with my trainer)

The fight is middle Feb 2017 and I do not know who i am fighting.

The fight night is basically for financial services only and all of us are well accountants, managers, Administrators etc(basically all amateurs who do not have any ring experience.

Now what I want is not to lose. So any advise on technique, training, fitness, diet would be great. Basically im trying to get all my basis covered.

Good luck with your efforts man, but you probably want to post this in the Training and Nutrition forum.
