Pac vs Vargas / Total Punches! - ''Chessmatch'' 118-109 yeah right...

Vargas' workrate was enough to keep Pac off bay from traditional scoring. Roach, ''it's something we need to work on'' when asked about the output against Vargas. How can judges just give it to Pac on lead left charging on shots that don't land and force them to clinch or tangle? Vargas didn't have the footwork like Floyd, but he was pretty evasive and knew when to slug back. Vargas also had more significant straight rights that looked nice. I guess it's just luck as usual correct? The defending champ didn't do good enough to have a proper scoring? 118-109 fugg outta here. THis shıt ain't no Rios or Algieri match. Crowd roars and judges play along on missed attempts

Vargas basically gave the championship rounds away and Pac was too old to take advantage of it.

Like I said I would come razor thin close to pulling the upset over NSB if Vargas had not slipped and slept on defense in the second round he STILL be champion!

Most you can give Vargas is 4 rounds.
I gave him 4.... 116-111 for Pacquiao. Pac clearly won the last 3 or 4 rounds. It was a competitive fight before that..Pac just figured him out by round 8 and that was that.

I scored it closer than 118-109, but Vargas didn't come close to winning.

Round 1 goes to Vargas. You can't go in playing chessmatch with less output ala Pacquiao on a defending champ with Vargas' skills. Round 3-6 were Vargas. I gave round 11 to Vargas. He did enough in 11 to have Pac off him and had a nice overhand right with a left to the body and was pumping to control range. 5-6 rounds I had Vargas. Look at Round 11 from the clip.

The best part is showing only offensive attacks and what's landed. What's the percentage of clean shots from Pac's overral output? Or better yet, what's the ratio of Vargas/Pac? Vargas does the same gameplan of Lara in making a boxer reset when being hit with a cross towards a defensive shell. This was the same gameplan when he neutralized Khabib Allakhverdiev.

but of course if it's Pac with a horrid performance we still give him the benefit of the doubt. I remember one round where Crawford was too laxed against Postol. Moretti gave it to Postol, and yet he could still see Crawford schooling that ass, so how is Moretti wrong from an accomplished Pac and output? Good thing Moretti sees proper movement in ring.
