I almost feel bad for Manny. Now I believe him when he says he's not fighting for money. His country puts so much pressure on his back to win its crazy. Its like he's a damn ginny pig and the only way to keep the respect of his country, especially in office is to keep fighting.

Since the Bradley fight he has said multiple times that he doesn't fight for the money. Matter fact he was quoted that a few months ago before the announcement of the Vargas fight.

Love that Manny is fighting on, he should do what his heart is telling him and he still has a passion for the sport. If he wants to fight on so be it! He schooled a young hungry lion and is probably the best performing welterweight of 2016. Hope he continues to put on these fantastic performance for another year.
