        BoxingScene.com reported last week that Nicaraguan coach Arnulfo Obando suffered a bad stroke last Monday in Terrabona, Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Last Wednesday he had surgery at the Vivian Pellas Hospital in Managua. Obando, 54-years-old, is the coach of four-division world champion Roman "Chocolatito" Gonzlez. He helped build Gonzalez up to being the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.
