    Well, if he was 15, he was probably an amateur, so he wouldn't have his brain scanned before every fight.

      I feel bad for him but this is the risk we take as fighters.

      What I don't want to see, is boxing get further "dumbed down" for "safety" like the NFL.

      Let grown men, or kids with permission, permit in this gladiator sport well informed, but don't disrupt the sanctity of the sport.

        Why not? Amateur is still head trauma, headgear only protects so much,your head is still getting wobbled.

          I know you can get hurt in amateur boxing, i'm saying that you don't get your head checked in amateur boxer, i'm an amateur boxer myself and i never had my head checked.

            You should get it checked dude, be careful. Amateur boxing does damage too, dont take it for granted
