Manny is again the best welter in the world

After once again beating a top 10 welter since his defeat the legendary Manny Pacquiao has established himself as the best (at worst 2nd best) 147 lber in boxing. Where does he go from here? Does he unify the division which would take him at least a year or does he get his revenge on jmm and ride into the sunset as one of the greatest ever. If I'm bob arum I get Pac in the ring with swift and then jmm and end on a winning streak. Thurman is slick and poses a challenge that frankly Pac doesn't need anymore because he's paid his dues even though I see Manny body bagging him why risk a close fight.

Not so sure about being the best as there are a few above Vargas that would be a lot more dangerous , but it was great win all the same and Manny boxed great he looked sharp and on his game , Jessie was out classed both mentally and physical by a genuine atg .

Manny was #1 welterweight after he retired 6 months ago, so he's definitely regained that position

It won't. He drops the belt like its hot and goes down to 140 for Lomachenko, and Crawford before he fights someone that isn't in Top Rank.

I guess. #2 going against #1 Mayweather who retired, than beat Bradley and Vargas.

But I'm not sure he can defend that position against anyone in the top 5. Time will tell, cause likely we get at least one more fight from Pac.
