Brewer threw so many jabs but hit only gloves. Ottke landed the better scoring punches. 10-9 Ottke.

Better round from both. Brewer much more active but lazily leaving himself open to counters. 19-19 even.

Round 3 10-9 Brewer
Brewer again much more active although still hitting gloves and arms a lot. Easiest round to score so far. 29-28 Brewer.

Better work from Ottke this round, with Brewer trying to take control of centre ring. 38-38 even.

Brewer much more active and forcing the action but missing a lot. Hard round to score. 48-47 Ottke.

Ottke much more accurate. Brewer landing around 1 of every 10 thrown. 58-56 Ottke at the halfway stage.

Brewer taking centre ring and forcing the fight. Ottke looks to be tiring a bit and looking to stay out of range. 86-85 Brewer.

Ottke actually going on the attack this round, with Brewer looking to take it off. 95-95 even. All rests on the championship rounds.

Brewer trying to step it up but his accuracy and timing is terrible. Ottke looking to coast but still accurate with the counterpunches. 105-104 Brewer.

Ottke’s clearest round of the fight. Brewer looking to showboat and still missing a lot. 114-114 a draw.

Overall Thoughts
Charles Brewer’s accuracy and timing were terrible throughout. His corner were very poor and he coasted/showboated at times he should have pressed the action. Sven Ottke didn’t do anything outstanding, but his defence and accurate counterpunching are what kept him in the fight. I scored the fight a draw but I couldn’t argue with it going either way as there were many hard to score rounds.

7-5 Brewer ,Agree that he was sloppy and let them score it for ottke ,nice Jab doe ,Ottke boxing style is funny doe ,in 11 he was beaten badly in 12 he had flurys but i didnt let Them style the round.
