    The "Real" Floyd Sr. Reason?

Its kind of long but interesting!

I just thought of something that I dont think Ive heard anyone say. Now, we all know that Floyd Jr. wants the Oscar fight and Oscar seems to be open to the fight also but wont do it because Floyd Sr. wont sign off on it.

Now it has been seen the whole time as a father who just cant stand the site of training a guy to beat his own son up and it comes off as the good ole dad theory.

My theory is that "maybe", just "maybe" Floyd Sr. real reason for not wanting this fight is to get pay back. Its been well known that him and his son stopped talking because of money reasons and that he has hated littile Floyd for this and thought that little Floyd got greedy, kicked his own dad out, and got rich without him.

Now comes a fight that Jr. can make way more money then he has ever had, can become a house hold name, and just flat out be rich and keep going but my theory is his dad is saying, "this is payback b1tch for doing me wrong". "You will never get that money if I have anything to do with it and what goes around comes around".

You could say that Sr. would be losing out on alot of money too but thats not true because Oscar can still fight someone like Tito where he will still make alot of money. Also Sr. knows that this will be Oscar's last fight and he will not have the big money anymore that Oscar brings in but Floyd will have alot of fights after this and make alot more money that Sr. will never seen any of because his son did him wrong back in the day so he might feel that why should he let littile Floyd get his cake and eat it too?

He's also been taking littile cheap shots latley. He says things like "how would I feel about seeing my son get KO'd and against Oscar there is a very good chance he will".

You know things like that gets little Floyd upset because he thinks no matter what, Oscar wont knock him out. I just dont think Sr. really believes that Oscar will just kill littile Floyd even if he does beat him and he definatly wont beat up Floyd so beat to the point where it would ruin him, so for him to keep saying things about not going against his son seems odd. He also would help make his son rich and could help make him be the most famous boxer in the world and one of the All Time Greats. What father wouldnt help that happened? I think theres more to it.

I know its a conspiracy theory but what are your thoughts?

I dont know about that. Even if Oscar really really wanted it like I think he might start to, I still dont know if he would do it. Not so much that he doesnt have Sr. blessing but because he wont have his trainer who he's been so comfortable with and who would know how to beat Jr. more then Sr? I dont know if Oscar will fight him without that

Even tho they had there differences they've talked and atleast interact some, I read seniors interview after the Zab fight. I know the Mayweathers have there spats but any father is always gonna love his son no matter what. His exact words were he'll always be my son, I doubt he's starving he's been with the moneymaker in Oscar for a while now.I think even tho he's rough on the exterior he loves his son and like any father is having a hard time going against family!

I read that also but maybe thats B.S. also. Maybe Jr. just talked to Sr. after the Zab fight because he knew that Sr. held all the cards to his future and is trying to get back in good with him so he can sign off on the fight. It seems kind of odd that Jr. waits until after the Zab fight to start talking to Sr. again.

And again, Sr. still threw out some slick remarks in those articles about how Floyd still has greedy people around him and other things
