And IS going to lose for less than $4 mill.

I think it has more to do with the promoter/network bull****...and also these fighters think because Mayweather and Manny made all that money that somehow they are worth that money to fight Manny....ridiculous

Haymon is MAKING Garcia fight Thurman, the same way he made thurman fight Porter.

Garcia has a better chance vs thurman, pac would have destroyed garcia

No he wasn't offered anything from Arum. It was a rumor which reached the Garcias and Angel started screaming they want $40 million for a Pac fight and $20 million for a Mayweather fight.

Google is your amigo. Angel wants $40 mil, not $4 mil.

Danny Garcia's value for a Pacquiao fight is significantly more than the $4m being offered by Top Rank (notice that Top Rank went from having a PPV event that HBO would've been happy to throw their weight behind to self-producing an event that has drawn nearly no attention from anyone).

Garcia-Thurman is likely being split 50/50 (would not shock me if Garcia's share is a bit bigger), Garcia and Thurman are likely to get shares of all of the revenues from the event, the fight is still a 50/50 fight, and the winner of the showdown would be a two-belt champion and the lead dog in one of boxing's glamour divisions.

The fact that you're so caught up in the short money, with no confidence in the future, is on you
