Upcoming fights for PBC fighters are all Showtime-financed. We have yet to see a list of Waddell-financed upcoming fights.

Keep in mind the 'fair market value' concept was meant as a way to value liquid assets with a known market. For example, if all 3Br 1500sq ft houses in one area are worth $300K, yours will be worth around there as well.

It's extremely difficult to apply FMV to boxing landscape. PBC is one of a kind at this moment. You can ask 5 different analysts and they will all assign a different fmv to PBC.

The whole PBC business model is based upon establishing a brand and building boxing up to be a mainstream, desirable sport. In order to accomplish that in a relatively short time (~5 years), you need to dump huge amounts of capital up front.

The only thing that would actually doom PBC is running out of cash and not having access to any further capital. Show us a statement of cash flows for the 2 funds. As long as they have the cash to put on the shows and continue building the brand, the fmv should be taken with a mountain of salt.

Thought I saw something about court documents type **** being released saying PBC has lost $700M-$800M. If thats the case they might be legit f#cked or they got a bombass infrastructure, built up TV time that we don't know about yet or some side investments themselves that they've been throwing money at.
Yet, you still keep talking smack about Oscar and Golden Boy Promotions. Once this lawsuit is settle GBP will be much richer and in better position to sign top talent while PBC will be nothing more than an afterthought.

do you really think mma websites are waging some information war against boxing? srsly?

nobody cares about that "war" other than 3 teenage boys on this forum

All that money and yet they go months without a competitive fight?
With all the money and superstars that PBC has there should be at least one PPV worthy fight a month!

                  Haymon and Waddell & Reed
The Waddell&Reed accounts are the seed accounts; nothing in any of the alleged proof presented makes any mention of the revenues that PBC picked up for selling the broadcasts into the UK/Europe, or the revenue picked up from the sponsorship spots during the broadcasts, or the revenue from the sale of advertisements during the broadcast, among other revenues.

W&R likely owns a massive stake in the private PBC operation (in addition to likely also taking a share of Haymon's managerial fee as a hedge against the risks of the venture).

The seed money accounts, eventually, will go to zero, with W&R having their investment in a private corporation (that the public likely won't get a gauge of their true value unless an effort to sell a minority stake in the effort to an outside party coming in).

                  lol

PBC, as a partial schedule for the coming year, has 50 PBC shows drawn in (25 of which are Toe-to-Toe Tuesday cards for FS1).

If you're hanging your hat on PBC simply not delivering the dates, lol.

Just for arguments sake, what were the dates in the last quarter of 2016 that PBC had canceled?
