In pretty much every pound for pound list. Been champ for god knows how long. WHos more deserving of a fight with canelo than golovkin? Canelo conceded weight to Mayweather, took the short end against Cotto, fought risks like Lara. Golovkin has done nothing but fight B-level competition, never conceded anything in his career but wants everything handed to him. GTFO. Earn it.

In spite of how negatively you view Alvarez's fights, it got him to the point of being the highest earner in boxing. In prize fighting the fighter who brings the biggest prize calls the shots.

Trip hasn't proven himself as an earner or household name yet. I'd like to see him take a risk or two and make a Sept fight with Alvarez even bigger than currently projected.

Froch retired, he didn't want to fight ANYONE. So I guess he ducked everybody then. It's not like he fought someone instead of GGG.
