    DVD recorders for Boxing. Dvd's

    DVD'd are taking over. Do all dvd players/recorders record in the same mode and play all types of DVD's or are there some DVD players that won't play other types.....Each DVD's has a speed of some type........ What is best for recording/playing boxing???// ....please post. thanks.......

    freakin... big speed man.

    No idea. not good with technology. Why not by the best one if u can afford it. I think they are all good for boxing. I watch plenty of fights in horrible quality and still end up enoying them

      i dont care if im watchin dvds ot vhs, i enjoy watchin boxing PERIOD...

        Quality source, with as little transfer to DVD as possible.

        Record in SP or XP mode, but capture straight from the original source if possible. The DVD video will only look as good as the original video.

        I capture the video to a HDTIVO, then transfer to a DVD recorder using S-Video, I record in SP mode. Then edit the video onto a computer.

        I suggest using Maxell DVD-R's made from Japan, or Taiyo Yuden DVD's.

          i still record my fights on video if not on my computer then on dvd, i think to review and study a fight, video cassete is the way to go, but dvd is good and but video cassete wont go no where for good while

              exactly, i have many fights i've downloaded that are in foreign languege and i have no probalem enjoying the fight, fighting has no barrier
