Taking on GGG for the MW title + it's GGG for **** sake. Canelo stands to make triple what Brook made and still don't want that fight. That tells you about the ambition Kell Brook had.
In the lead up to the fight you didn't hear him talking about money + he gave GGG a great fight.
That's ambition.Comment

He was offered ZERO to fight Vargas. He wouldn't have made anything for that fight due to Vargas' demands. Yet still would have taken it if GGG didn't come around.

Now he's talking about he can make 147 for Khan but he doesn't mention his mandatory, Spence. If he can make 147 for Khan he can make it for his mandatory. He's fought every other mandatory so there's no excuse not to fight this oneComment

He was not offered ZERO to fight Vargas. If he was so ambitious and money wasn't an issue he would've fought GGG for the same pay he was offered for Vargas. This was a cash grab by everyone involved and you know it.

You don't get that he's after the biggest fights possible. That's cool. But he is.
And the biggest fights don't include Errol Spence.
He's not even top 5Comment

Unless Brook can secure a unification fight he should be fighting Spence next. I don't like people accusing Brook of ducking Spence either but if he is staying at 147 then Spence has to be near the top of his list regardless of the money involved, plus it's a damn good fight for the fans who follow the sport. If he is able to get the Khan fight then that's fine but he'll have to vacate the IBF belt to do it because I don't see Spence agreeing to a step aside deal.
Personally right now I will take Brook vs Spence over Brook vs Khan all day.
Brook put himself in this position, he had no trouble fighting the other mandatories in timely fashion so you can't be up in arms when people ask him to treat Spence the same way. If Brook can make 147 healthily I still back him to derail Spence, who hasn't faced real 147 punching power yet.Comment

Spence is his mandatory, it doesn't matter if it's a big fight or not because it's an obligatory defence he must make.

People can say Brook is ducking Spence all they want. That's just completely delusional. The simple fact is just that Spence brings nothing to the table and Brook is looking for a big fight.
Spence is hyped up by 25 people on this forum. Just like Porter was. When Brook beats him, they'll be the first to say he was nothing.Comment
