If a WBO champ moves up a division he can challenge for the WBO strap in that division. Saunders has been inactive well past the 9 month period set forth by the WBO. He can either be stripped or fight his mandatory. Because he's been so inactive the WBO is making him fight two straight mandatory fights. Where is the corruption by the WBO? Am I missing something? Are they doing something they usually wouldn't do?
