Well Kov could begin to feint the jab, use it to the body, use the lead right, shift punch on his way in to set up the left hook off the right, or he could two step following a feinted jab to a lead left hook with angling to his right for the left hook to the body...

i dont know he could start there before he attempts to get inside, although shifting will accomplish that or at least get him the opportunity.
