Of course he would, why else would be opt for an easy win versus an MMA scrub for less money than he could make in a rematch with Pac? Why else would be wait five years to make the fight when Pac had lost a step and wasn't the same fighter? A 2010 - 2012 Pac would have obliterated Mayweather, the version of him now in good health would soundly defeat him.
