I'm buying this fight and Kov. Vs Ward. The card is stacked and Vargas seems to get way more hate then he should??? He's a very GOOD but not GREAT fighter against one of the greatest in his last days. Too bad whoever wins won't get respect from casual fans. The experts love the fight...

• An over-the-hill, protected Donaire vs. a nobody who isn't even in the top 40 in the division

• Shiming Zou vs. ZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzz....sorry I fell asleep.

If that's your definition of stacked, then you must think Frampton-Santa Cruz and Zlaticanin-Mikey Garcia is the best card ever.

Spoken like a true promoter, and he is historically one of the best, Arum. If this card is the best one of the year then boxing is in more trouble than I thought. But there's an intriguing superfight later this month, Kovalev vs Ward, that doesn't have much glamour but for purists it's a super fight.

This card is mostly a bunch of showcase fights designed to make the Top Rank guys look good.

Charlo vs Williams/Cuellar vs Mares craps all over it in terms of meaningful, competitive fights.
