            If Ortiz could get it together mentally, he is way better than Rios. He looked pretty bad in his last outing v Berto. Rios has seen better days too. This fight is years past it's sell by date but these guys have LEGIT beef and that can still make it sell. If they promote this properly, it can do respectable numbers.
