He may have a chance but only if he signs that contract! Golovkin is not about that power, he's a highly skilled offensive fighter.

      Not necessarily..

GGG backs out with his hands down....and doesn't cover up well....Brook split his guard with ease.

He leaves a lot of his body exposed when he covers.
It's those short crocodile arms...he can't cover those ribs.

There is a reason GGG is matched more like a 24 y/o prospect than a 34 y/o ten year pro.

They are hiding something that a guy like Jacobs can find.

        He's a flop on defense.

His defensive reflexes are shot to hell...

Slow ass Wade landed a 4 punch combo on GGG.
That mummy couldn't hit Stevie Wonder with a 4 piece.

Golovkin is there to be had.

You probably need to get in on the betting action, my man.

Yeah, sure Jacobs has a chance, a legitimate one, the guys a good fighter and as you point out Golovkins game does have exploitable holes in it, what most opponents seem to struggle with is the relentless pressure he applies and the high volume of accurate punching. If Jacobs can live with that and not be taken off his game he could crack it. Myself I see Jacobs broken down mid-late after looking pretty good early rounds, but it's certainly not a foregone conclusion.

Yeah, but for that it would take a prime RJJ or J.T.

Jacobs shocked Golovkin alright, by keeping him to only two fights this year.

Jacobs starts strong, Golovkin doesn't seem to get his timing down right away. Jacobs will do well early on.

But Jacobs is spoiled. We'd be lucky to get the fight.

The only shock Jacobs will give Golovkin is the strong smell of ***** whenever he's around.

That's if he can get to be around Jacobs considering he's too busy from running away from him.

I like Jacobs but I can't make an argument for him winning this one. His own weak chin will play on his mind and make him less offensive. Golovkin inside 5 for me.
