Looking through the comments looks as if more people are cheering on garcia than anything? And picking him somehow to beat thurman? First of all, my opinion is that its going to be a walk in the park for thurman, level above garcia especially at 147
But im just wondering why hes never really talked about on here, americas been crying out for a world class exciting fighter and youve got one, fighting in the glamour division of boxing. Im on the spence hype train, but ultimately hes still unproven, and hes talked about way more than the guy who is in my opinion hes the number 1 welterweight and he won the fight of the year against another top fighter... So why arent people getting behind this guy? Should be a star

I love Thurman and don't like Garcia. Garcia finally is fighting a dangerous guy in Thurman. The last dangerous guy Garcia fought was Matthysse three years ago. Haymon has helped him be a cherrypicker since then. Thurman has been fighting much better opponents and he is the champ to me and not Garcia. Garcia was gifted his WBC title by beating a guy Thurman had recently beat the hell out of. Garcia's only other welterweight win is pushover Paulie who Porter so easily KOed. If Garcia beats Thurman then he becomes one of the real welterweight champs along with Brook and Pacquiao. Until then he is not a serious welterweight champ to me.

I dont like thurman anybody here knows that but I think he beats garcia just cause of this simple fact power + garcia fargile face = tko stoppage.
