    Its the system and the culture that they have.

    A Mexican boxing gym probably weeds out "softer" fighters early on, so only the guys that are sturdy and with good chins train on.

    Say in Ukraine if it is found out early on that a fighter is chinny, they work around that, where in Mexico they tell him to go home?

    I might be reaching here, but that is how I see it go down.

            Except for US boxers(which half are of Mexican descent)there’s no other country in boxing that’s as dominant as Mexico.
