So will Pulev by Joshua's early 2017 mandatory now?

Or does Parker still get to keep his IBF mandatory spot now that he's fighting for the WBO belt.

Pulev fought Chisora in an eliminator, he's by no means the mandatory after Parker went towards Ruiz. If Parker wins the wbo or loses to Ruiz he will lose his IBF ranking, maybe they could mandate the winner of Duhaupas and Takam as the other semi for Pulev, maybe Pulev will be elevated immediately ! Who knows.

I like this idea, winner of Takam/Duhaupas takes on Pulev for the IBF mando

Takam just fought in an eliminator and his victor withdrew, same happened with Cunningham, when he lost to Adamek I think Adamek withdrew and Cunningham ended up facing was it Glazkov. Same with Arroela after he lost to Stiverne and Fury withdrew if I recall correctly, Arreola was the next down the list even though he's just fought an eliminator he got the Stiverne rematch for the vacant belt.
