I never said 33.3% was the same than 35%.

Answering now? why didn't you answer two days ago when I quoted you with the answer? because you didn't want to admit that you are ******ed. You didn't even know how splits % were calculated... now you play smart. Dumb ass.

But how do we get to conclusions so far? how are you all speculating that GGG rejected the offer? how do you know what the offer was? first Oscar says it's a flat fee then says it isn't???

They are clearly negotiating, period. The fight is supposed to be made at the end of 2017, there's no reason to think that someone will accept the first offer or even to think that we know what's happening behind doors.

Stop creating myths. Golovkin will probably accept something around 10 millions.

But in order to sign a contract there are MANY things to be solved, such as the arena and other details. Of course they aren't gonna sign a contract one year prior the fight.

how's the Jacobs fight coming along ?

maxi, I will give you a legit reply.....

fair call, no argument..... good post ^^

          two things.....

          1) I agree with you that a percentage split would be fairer..... but the fact that you admitted that 10mil is a good (not great) offer, means that nobody can insinuate that Canelo avoided Golovkin..... because Golovkin could have simply taken that good offer

          2) just getting sick of this is all..... Golovkin has never had a career-defining fight, or even a meaningful fight..... is he really willing to retire on that note, having beaten nobody relevant?..... and, if he is unwilling to negotiate fairly with Jacobs/Saunders maybe it is time for him to stop the diva bull****, accept Canelo's offer, and fight.

it's not about the money, right ?

My opinion about that fight is that Jacobs needs to take it as it is. Why? well, according to Motorcity Cobra (anything but a GGG fan...) Jacobs was offered 1.7 millions. If that's correct, then he should have accepted. He's a interim champion, with little drawing power.

If you ask me about the result of the fight, I think it's 60/40 for GGG.

Yeah, I wanna keep it rational, no hate.

                1) Canelo already avoided Golovkin when he vacated his belt. Let's not forget the FACTS, let's base our opinion on facts. He had already the chance to fight him and said no, I will fight him later. OK.
Then they are negotiating. As I said WE don't know what the offer was, even Oscar contradicted himself, and then he said that negotiation should be kept private. So, there's nothing to say about it.

                2) Well I think Golovkin has had many success in his career. In many ways. As an amateur, as a professional. As an amateur he beat very good fighters, and as a pro he beat whoever was willing to fight him at 160. He made his millions and will keep doing it for some years. I think he doesn't care about what you or I think.

Purses splits are calculated based on the total purse, you ******.
I never said 35% of 2 millions. That's what your low IQ mind understood. Just you.
