Big plans? I mean what promoter sells a fighter on small plans. But seriously this kid is fighting on Top Rank TV for the next 3 years with maybe a TV undercard here & there in between. And then if he's still undefeated by then he'll fight some more meaningful fights & get some big plans on his schedule from there if he wins those fights.

This guy is already a superstar in N. Ireland/Ireland. The big plans are in the sense that he already has a huge number of fans despite not having had a pro fight. He was absolutely robbed in the Olympics, and the way he exposed all the corruption and shady dealings and basically told amateur boxing to go f**k itself in the post fight interview, got him a lot of respect, attention and controversy. He will be big. Top Rank are right, this was an excellent move. He'll do a lot more by 2020 than you think.

That was a TERRIBLE robbery! At least he got a bunch of ppl fired for his post fight rant. You rememebr how everytime Conlon had Nikitin in trouble the ref called time??? And he kept getting the warnings??? He should of slipped and hit her instead.
