Vernon Forrest - Can he be champ again

can he become champ again? what are your thoughts on him? He has only 2 losses to the same guy.

I really don't think Forrest can ever be a champ again. Damn shame.

not sure that he is fuly recovered form all of his injuries. Plus he has always looked a little shaky on his fet in terms of balance. Now with him fighting at a higher weight this problem may not serve him well.
