its truth that you need to have winner mentality to box,but also you need to take into cosideration that sparring is not meant to be a war or beating,you work on something(footwork,angles etc),Also haveing undermatched sparring partners can backfire on you.

I agree ,but if they are outmatched they shouldnt be there,another thing is that its jungle not a Gym and they push for KO on sparrings,its not learning them anything,and is unhealty,time for serious fight is on TV when there is light camera action.
