nothing wrong with losing a split decision to a world-class fighter like salido in your 2nd pro fight where the guy didn't make weight and punched you in the balls all night long.

i scored the fight for salido (115-113), but he should have had a point deducted, at the very least.

Losing to Salido doesn't makes you a bad fighter at all, Salido is in the pro game since he was 13/14, he knows every trick.
He has beaten good fighters like Robert Guerrero, took the undefeated of Juan Manuel Lopez who was considered a monster at the time and also beat the underrated former champion Regilio Tuur.
He also has given hell to Yuriorkis Gamboa, Francisco Vargas and Rocky Martinez.
But i want to ask you something, tell me one a fighter that beat a current champion on his second professional fight, tell me just one.
Salido came overweight, fought dirty as hell and still the fight ended in a close decision that many media experts called a draw or split, so don't act like he was beaten by a freaking bum, when Salido is clearly one of the biggest warriors in boxing today.
Since that loss, he beat the current world champion, undefeated and prospect of the year, Gary Russel Jr. and beat Roman Martinez in better fashion than both Salido and Mickey Garcia.
