    65/35. 67/33. Ggg should accept...

if the A-side in the GGG/Jacobs negotiation cannot generate enough revenue to pay Jacobs more than "Quillin money", then why would Canelo pay him 10mil?

Mr 97k is not worth 10mil, he should count himself lucky.

Golovkin has done nothing to gain much-needed exposure, he simply will not make a meaningful fight..... why would Canelo even negotiate with the guy who FAILED to make Eubank/Saunders/Jacobs?

lil'G should take the 10mil, whoop that ass, and bank Canelo's shine..... so that he has leverage when negotiating big fights in future..... but he hasn't done that yet, with ANYBODY..... EVER!

Can u name the major fighter in a major fight that took a flat fee???? Please tell me the fighter that ook a flat fee for one of the biggest fights in boxing???

      Please name or stfu
He was offered 8 figures plus ppv upside, that's what Gomez and Oscar said and loeffler never disputed it. This guy thinks he bigger than what he is but can't get back on ppv without canelo, if loeffler can't do his job and get a better deal take offer knock him off and if rematch you hold all the cards

That's fine,,, but don't expect someone to short change themselves millions...

        65/35,,, 67/33.... ggg accepts and it's fair..

It's the biggest fight in boxing, why would ggg settle for anything less than a reasonable split... flat fee is beyond ****** and a deal breaker.. unless they offer an absurd flat fee like 15+ million

But I agree,, that's what he should be making... fight will do 800k+ on ppv buys... canelo should make 20+ million and golovkin should make 12-16 mil...

it is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS to suggest that Golovkin should make 75% of what Canelo makes.

That is fkn absurd man, come on get real.

And, is 12mil really that much more than 10mil?

Is that difference really enough reason to kill the fight ?

FACT: Golovkin COULD have taken the 10mil, but he CHOSE not to.....

..... so good luck blaming the A-side Canelo.

Let's do Simple Math. Ggg will Stand to make $15-20 million after its all said and done. I'll make it easier for you. Against mayweather, Canelo made $5 million vs mayweathers $40 million. That means they made a combined $45 million which came out to Canelo 11% and mayweather 89% with Canelo bringing 2 JMW belts to the table. This fight also sold 2.1 million ppv's which was the highest sold ppv at the time. Next example: Canelo vs cotto- Canelo made $5 million vs cottos $15 million for a combined $20 million. Do the math. Canelo made 25% and cotto 75%. Are you still with me? Present day Canelo vs ggg. Ggg will make $15-$20 million vs Canelos $30-$40 million. This is all depends on how good the ppv sells. Let's do the math. Let's go low end (ggg) vs high end (canelo). If Canelo makes $40 million and ggg makes $15 million that's a combined total of $55 million. Ggg makes 27% and Canelo makes 73 %. Now let's look at GGG's high end vs Canelos low end. If ggg makes $20 million and Canelo makes $30 million that's a combined $50 million. Ggg gets 40% and Canelo gets 60%. Still following?! Now let's look at both fighters high end. If ggg gets $20 million and Canelo gets $40 million that's $60 million. Ggg gets 33% and Canelo gets 67%. This is as simple as I can explain it so you and every ggg fan can understand. 8 figures does not mean 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,or 9 million. It means a guaranteed at least $10 million right of the back plus a ppv percentage. Canelo took a guaranteed $5 million for cotto and mayweather. He's offering ggg at least double that for a fight that's not guaranteed to sell 2 million ppv's
That's what IVE been TRYING to TELL them!!! $10,000,000 unless it does INSANE numbers is already at 20%. These DUMB ***'s don't realize networks take half. And WTF should K2 get more when GBP is doing all the marketing?? All they have to do is put GGG in a cab or plane to show up at select places. When it's all said and done Canelo will claim about $15-25 million GBP will take Most. BOTH fighters will be getting robbed like NORMAL. But still making a SHT ton of $$$$. Sht K2 Rob's GGG all the time when they pay him $2 million sailing out arenas and sht...

Jacobs-ggg is barely a ppv caliber fight in terms of revenue.. ggg/canelo is the absolute biggest fight in boxing to make..
Jacobs/ggg should be a 67/33 split in favor of ggg.. unless they give Jacobs a huge flat fee of 4+ mil

You can't compare a fight that at best does 300k to a fight that does a million in ppv buys.. at worst it does 700k
