He was dropped against Blake Caparello not Campillo, a flash knockdown with the glove touching the canvas

The ironic thing is that he got back up and finished the fight. Anyone with integrity would recognize the kind of guts that requires. Instead, we have these casuals who religiously follow KO kings until those guys lose, then hop the next bandwagon.


I've no idea. Sounded suspect so I plan to re-watch tonight to see if it even happened.

I heard he dropped him just like he dropped Ward and KOed Stevenson. For a guy who has lost as many fights as he has won he has knocked some very good boxers on their asses.

He must be the most dangerous journeyman there is, as in an actual journeyman that's had as many wins as losses, not like a fringe contender that some call journeyman.

Quite strange too when you consider who he's KO'd or knocked down, he only has about a 50% KO percentage in the fights he won. I expected higher.

Since anyone hasn't seen the fight, it's unfair to said that Kovalev was dropped four times when only one knockdown was counted.
Boone is a tough guy, beat Stevenson, dropped Kovalev and Ward, his first sparring sessions was against Kelly Pavlik back when Pavlik was a champ.

Boone has faced Adonis Stevenson, Erislandy Lara, Andre Ward, Sergey Kovalev, Jesus Gonzales, Curtis Stevens, Brian Vera, Willie Monroe, etc...
The guy isn't afraid of anyone that's for sure.
