Should they instruct their team to offer their opponents more and even take less to get these fights made and get the big money on the back end? Or just keep taking meaningless fights?

Yes he should if he cares about legacy, no if he just cares about money. But the problem with these fighters they want Mayweather and Pacquaio type money when both of them weren't making 8 figures until they were in there 30's, both Floyd and Pac worked hard for there money and legacy -
Some fighter will get in that ring for free to win or prove a point. They have little or no control on who or how or when they fight. A contract is a contact.Comment

It depends on fighter, its his carrere ,if he want fight "Bums" and get decent many its ok,if he wont to give up some of his money to make better fights great, but its fighters choice.Comment

you should not sell yourself but at the same time you should not price yourself out.. Goes for both the champ & challenger.. But if you want to challenge yourself/unify you will have to go that extra mile & make monetary sacrifices..Comment
